DDoS-attacks resistance regulations

These regulations describes our actions during DDoS-attacks on customer's services.

The Contractor considers DDoS-attack as insuperable circumstance that prevents from implementig the obligations to the customer and is not responsible for deterioation of the service quality or interrupting of service provision in cases mentioned below.

If DDoS-attack does not affect the operation of the Contractor's equipment or equipment of other customers, the Contractor migtht provide customer with bandwidth, wider than provided by current tariff up to 24 hours and not more than once per 30 days.

During working hours in between 10 and 17 oclock EET/EEST and if provided bandwidth usage is less than 80%, the Contractor might block the part of the trafic in agreement with customer, made by the DDoS-attack (ICMP/UDP flood). The possibility, advisability and also method of blockind will be decided by the Contractors technical personnel.

If DDoS-attack negatively affects the operation of the Contractor's equipment or equipment of other customers, Contractor interrupts the service provision to equipment with IP-address, whis is the object of attack. If blocking the ip is not effective, the Contractor has the rigth to stop routing the entire block of IP-addresses, that include attacked IP. In case of stopping the block of IP-addressesrouting, the Contractor undertakes to notify the customer about it wihin one hour. The routing recovery time is decided by the Contractor but can not be longer than 24 hours since blocking. If DDoS-attack has not stopped, the Contractor has the rigth to stop routing for the next 24 hours. In case of DDoS-attacks there is the need to stop routing the block of addresses are repeat more than once per 10 days, the Contractor has the rigth to terminate the Conract with the Customer without any refund from the Contractor.
